Terms & Conditions of P.L.Academy
1. Admission & Class Process:
 All applicants must complete and submit the official admission form along with the required documents.
 Submission of false information may result in immediate rejection of the application.
 The institute reserves the right to terminate the admission of any student for reasons including but not limited to academic misconduct, violation of the code of conduct, or non-payment of fees.
 The institute reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, curriculum, or faculty without any prior notice.
2. Fees and Payments:
 Monthly/Installment fees must be paid according to the schedule provided by the institute.
 Late fee will be applicable Rs 20/- per day after crossing the payment due date. (Applicable as per Course Fee Card)
 All fees are non-refundable, except as specified in the refund policy.
Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the institute within 7 days from the date of admission. A 10% deduction on the course fee will be applied for processing fee. However, after 7 days from the date of admission, refund requests will not be entertained. Additionally, once a student has attended a single class, no refund claims will be considered.
3. Attendance: Attendance in all classes, workshops, and training sessions is compulsory. A minimum of 75% attendance is necessary, and unexcused absences may impact your academic progress, potentially resulting in disciplinary measures. Your consistent attendance is vital for a successful learning experience.
4. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to adhere to the institute’s code of conduct at all times. Any form of disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.
5. Exam & Certification: Eligibility for exams is contingent upon clearing all full fees. Successful program completion is dependent on meeting academic and attendance requirements. The institute reserves the right to withhold certification for non-compliance with institute policies and outstanding fee dues.
6. Placement: Successful completion of the entire course fee is a prerequisite for securing placement and undergoing On-the-Job Training (OJT). This policy ensures that participants fulfill their financial obligations before accessing placement opportunities and practical training experiences. P.L. Academy, in accordance with its terms and conditions, does not provide any job guarantee to candidates enrolled in its programs.
7. Re-issue of Identity Card will charge Rs 50/-(Fifty only).
8. Assessment & Certification cost charges will apply as per course module.
